Here is an amazing find, a great running, reliable 60's MGB, in good shape. Very quick, will break loose the rear wheels in 2nd gear. Handles amazingly well for a 40 year old car.
The following mechanical work was done by British Import Specialists from 2002-2003:
Rebuilt: Motor, Carbs, Generator and Regulator, Speedometer, Door Locks, Windshield (removed and resealed), Brake Master Cylinder, and more.
New: Suspension/Shocks, Clutch, Brakes (new pads Oct. '05), Rack and Pinion, Over-sized Exhaust Valves and Big Bore Stainless Exhaust System, Cooling System (refreshed again Oct. '05), Converted to Electronic Ignition, Locking Gas Cap, $220 Steering Wheel, Clutch and Brake Pedals, Starter, Temperature and Oil Gauges, Carpet kit, Upholstery, Batteries (Feb. '05), Retractable over-the-shoulder Safety Belts, and more.
Drive train is all original aside from specified improvements.
Includes removable hard-top, removable rag-top w/folding frame, and tono cover.
All parts, mechanical and body, are being manufactured and are available again, making this car much easier to maintain and restore than a few years ago.
